If you have a complaint about the service you have received from any member of staff working in this practice then please let us know.
The practice operates a Complaints Procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our complaints system meets national criteria.
Note: If you make a complaint, it is our policy to ensure that you are not discriminated against or subjected to any negative effect on your care, treatment or support.
Most problems can be sorted out quickly and easily, often at the time they arise with the person concerned and this may be the approach you try first.
Where you are not able to resolve your complaint in this way and wish to make a formal complaint you should do so, preferably in writing as soon as possible after the event as this helps us to establish what happened more easily.
